Return & Exchange Policy

All products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 business days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in new condition, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 7 business days unless the product is found to have manufacturing defects.
  • All returns must be approved in advance by our support team and accompanied by the original invoice and a valid Return Number (RN) issued by Velocity Plotters.
  • A 40% restocking fee applies to all returned goods unless the return is due to a verified defect.
  • Returns made without prior authorization or missing documentation will not be credited.

Products made to order are non-refundable, and Velocity Plotters is not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping and Damaged Products

  • If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company directly. Please see PDF to instructions (LINK PDF SHIPPING INFORMATION) Their contact information is available on the bill of lading provided at the time of shipment.
  • Velocity Plotters is not liable for shipping-related damages, delays due to war, strikes, or other causes beyond our control.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and if a product must be picked up from your location, a pickup fee will apply.
  • For out-of-state returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our warehouse.
  • Requests for shipping-related refunds or discounts must be made directly with the shipping provider.

Defective Products

  • If your product is found to be mechanically or manufacturing defective upon arrival, please contact our support team at 833-275-6888 immediately or email info@velocityplotters.com.
  • Defective products are eligible for exchange within 7 business days of delivery, pending manager inspection and approval.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without penalty.
  • If the order is canceled after 24 hours and the product has entered production, a 40% cancellation fee will apply.

Return Process – Step by Step

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at 833-275-6888 to request return authorization.
  2. You will receive a Return Number (RN), which is required for all returns.
  3. Ship the item back to the Velocity Plotters warehouse at your expense.
  4. Include the RN number clearly with the shipment to ensure proper processing.

“As-Is” Products

  • Products sold as “As-Is” are not covered by warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Warranty Information

Unless otherwise specified:

  • All products include a 1-year parts warranty.
  • All products include 3 months of technical/labor support, either remotely or on-site (available only for customers in Orange County and Los Angeles).
  • Customers outside these regions will receive remote support, unless they agree to cover additional expenses (travel, lodging, meals).
  • Parts with or without the warranty period must be responsible for the cost of replacement parts, shipping, and service fees unless you provide a valid UPS or FedEx account number.

Vendor-Supplied Products

For products purchased from authorized suppliers through Velocity Plotters:

  • The customer must handle returns, service, and parts directly with the supplier.
  • For service and part inquiries, Velocity Plotters support is available to assist when possible.
  • All other communications must be directed to the respective vendor.
